Director
Tydd Rohrbough is an entrepreneur with experience in finance and marketing. Most recently, Mr. Rohrbough founded Cornhusker Energy, L.L.C. (“Cornhusker Energy”), which operates an $80,000,000 ethanol plant in Lexington, Nebraska. In starting Cornhusker Energy, Mr. Rohrbough helped design the ethanol plant and raise capital to finance the construction and operations of the ethanol plant. Mr. Rohrbough provides the Board of Directors with knowledge in both short-term and long-term investment strategies, profit & loss management, budgeting, taxes and business development.
Chad Lindburg

Chad Lindburg graduated in 1995 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanized Systems Management. For the past 22 years, Mr. Lindburg has owned and operated Lindburg Farms, Inc. (“Lindburg Farms”), raising commercial corn and soybeans on approximately 2,400 acres of land in Stromsburg, Nebraska. Mr. Lindburg, through Lindburg Farms, also serves as a grower for Dupont, Pioneer Seed Production.
John Groeteke
Director
John Groeteke, a resident of Boone County since 1972, currently lives in Primrose, Nebraska. Mr. Groeteke attended Southeast Community College in Mildford, Nebraska, graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Building-Construction Technology in 1990. Upon graduation, Mr. Groeteke moved back to his hometown in Albion, Nebraska and worked as a general contractor building large commercial buildings and residential homes. While working as a general contractor, Mr. Groeteke also started his own business providing harvesting services to ten local farming businesses and employing six individuals. For the last 24 years, Mr. Groeteke has owned and operated various farming operations, including Triple G Farming, L.L.C. (“Triple G”), Groeteke Brothers, LLC (“Groeteke Brothers”), and Cedar River Feeders, LLC (“Cedar River Feeders”). Triple G farms approximately 5,600 acres of corn and soybean crops, which produces feed for the local feed lot, Cedar River Feeders, which is located in Albion, Nebraska. Cedar River Feeders is owned by Groeteke Brothers.
Bryan Barnell
Director
Bryan Barnell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Printing Plus, Inc. (“Printing Plus”) in Lincoln, Nebraska. Since 1985, Mr. Barnell has grown the Printing Plus’s annual sales from $150,000 to $1,300,000. Mr. Barnell is also a real estate developer and owner of numerous properties in the Midwest. Mr. Barnell is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a major in finance.
Garrett Svoboda
President
Garrett Svoboda is a member of the Board of Directors and also serves as the President of Nebraska Owners Insurance Agency. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Svoboda was an employee of American Life & Security Corp., a life insurance and financial services company headquartered in Lincoln. He began working for American Life as an agent and held various positions throughout his career there, ultimately achieving a position as Executive Sales Director. Garrett has demonstrated success in growing insurance sales and operations teams. He has a proven ability to develop and motivate others to succeed and excels at identifying new market opportunities and forging meaningful business relationships.

Kevin Keegan (1970-2021)
Secretary, Treasurer
Kevin Keegan is a member of the Board of Directors and also serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of Nebraska Owners Insurance Agency. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Keegan was an employee with the Douglas County Treasurer’s Office in Omaha. NE. He began working in the financial industry in 1999, and in 2005, accepted a position as State Director with American Life. As State Director, Kevin oversaw fundraising of new start-up insurance companies across the country, including in New Mexico, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Minnesota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Nebraska. Kevin has proven success in the insurance industry, specifically growing and exceeding expectations with insurance sales teams. With his strong track record in marketing strategy and business development Kevin has a rich history in growing strong companies. He has also demonstrated the necessary ability to build and maintain quality relationships.
Todd Boeve
Sr. VP of Administration
Todd Boeve is a member of the Board of Directors and leads Company Operations. Todd graduated from Fort Hays State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations. He has worked in a variety of industries and has spent the last 12+ years in life insurance and financial services, ultimately as V.P. of Operations and Corporate Secretary for a top Nebraska life insurance company. Todd has also served on various Boards of Directors in the life insurance industry. Todd and his wife, Cheryl, have 2 grown children, Brett and Mackenzie. Todd enjoys golf and traveling with his wife in his spare time
Jeannine Lane
Director
Jeannine J. Lane is a Nebraska entrepreneur, business leader, and community advocate with decades of experience across healthcare, wellness, agriculture, hospitality, transportation, education, and youth services. She is the founder of multiple successful businesses, including Foundations of Longevity, Lane Wellness & Longevity, and McConaughy Discovery Center, while also serving as a partner and Board Member of Nebraska Owners Insurance Agency. Her work has focused on improving community health, supporting at-risk youth and families, advancing senior living initiatives, and building sustainable agricultural and business operations throughout Nebraska and beyond. Lane holds multiple graduate degrees from the University of Nebraska and has been recognized for her leadership, innovation, and long-standing commitment to service and community development.

Doug Ortlieb brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and management, working with nationally recognized companies. Much of his career has focused on helping clients protect their financial well-being through customized insurance solutions tailored to their specific needs.
His industry distinctions include Branch Leader (1990); Chamber of Commerce “Business of the Year” (1995 and 1996); Conference Qualifier and Millionaires Qualifier (2001 and 2002) as an agent; and Conference Qualifier (2006, 2009, 2012, and 2013) as a manager. Doug is licensed in Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance, and holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation.
Doug has also demonstrated strong community leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for the Gretna Chamber of Commerce for six years, including three years as President.
Doug is best described as a family man. He has been married to his wife, Denise, for 34 years, and together they have raised four children: Tyler, Cody, Stephen, and Trinity. His commitment to family and his values-driven approach guide his dedication to building lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and the broader community.
