Customer Service Representative
Born and raised in Ogallala; Megan, her husband Beau and two children Levi & Sadie have called Hildreth home for the past 13 years where you can find them being active in the community they love.
Megan joins the NOIA team working remotely out of Hildreth and helps service Callaway, Broken Bow, Albion and North Platte. Previous to her employment with NOIA, Megan worked in Minden for an independent insurance agency, Krull Agency, now Jones Group, for over 10 years where she obtained her P&C licensed and gained a vast knowledge of the industry.
Megan loves helping, and working with people, is compassionate and understanding of everyone’s unique situation and will keep that at the forefront when working with you and placing coverage. She strongly believes in the NOIA goal of creating long-lasting relationships with our clients by providing prompt, personal service that you’ve come to know and expect.
